Can you elaborate on the issue you are seeing? Is it on the widget or the mobile SDK? Can you send a screenshot of the issue?
There is no wide spread issue at this point in time so it might be related to your account configuration.
This is happening on the widget, not on the mobile app.
It seems like our settings are currently allowing PDF, PNG, JPEG, GIF, and TXT... so not sure why customers are seeing infinite scrolling icons and why they can't send us screenshots/files as well.
