    I'm sorry you're encountering this issue with your SAML SSO configuration. Could you please reproduce the failed login while following these instructions to generate a HAR file? https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204410413-Generating-a-HAR-file-for-troubleshooting

    That will provide some additional network context surrounding the request, as well as a discrete timestamp for the attempt with which I can cross-reference our application logs.
