    Hi Robin,

    Looking at the automation's you've set up I would say the Hours since update condition is what's interfering here. If you remove that condition from both automations and just use Hours since pending that should fix the issue here. I would also use tags to make sure the automations don't fire more than once.

    That was super helpful, Brett.  I'll implement those 2 automations and the clean-up trigger and see how it goes. :)
