I want to implement two automations to help reduce the number of tickets that sit around unresponded to by clients.
I have one created that pings the client after 48 hours (18 business hours) and it appears to be working:
The second one that I created appears to never get kicked off because the former is actually updating the ticket date/time due to a hidden event that shows the client was notified by email:
How do I get the second automation to work?
