Do Something when a ticket is closed

    You could write something to poll the search API or the incremental exports API to look for closed tickets and act upon that information potentially.  You could probably roll this into a background app, but I'd lean towards batch processing over watching for the specific events.

    thank you for your reply. I'm quite sure we could use a workaround like the one you say, but it would have been nice to have some webhook or system event to fire...
