The new conditions app is great, but the "required" checkbox only means that it's required to SOLVE the ticket, which is already available when you create the ticket fireld itself.
This required box needs to be REQUIRED TO SUBMIT/UPDATE TICKET. We are losing ticket replies because our SLA is not going off if certain fields are not filled in. SLAs are based off the reply time from the PRIORITY. Priority is a required field, but only to solve. We have no other way of stopping a ticket from being created without a priority other than the conditions that USED to be there. Can you please re-implement this feature in the conditions app? This is causing major issues in our ticketing system and other have complained as well.
