    Hello Rich,

When writing the article, you can right click the uploaded PDF and select something like 'Copy link address'. Will look like this in Google Chrome:

Then you can use this address for the hyperlink:

    With kind regards,

    Hello

I have been using this method for some time now and works well. I have multibrand and each has Google Analytics enabled. I have just discovered that these links don't take my host mapping URL into account and therefore I have no history through Google Analytics for pdf downloads. Can you help? How can I get them to take on the host mapping? And/or how can I find out how many downloads from end users there are?

    Thanks

    HeyO Kelsey,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this. It looks like you've already started chatting with a member of our Support team on this issue. If this seems to be an issue of broader interest, we can post back here with the conclusion once that ticket is resolved.

    Hi Dwight,

I am also definitely interested in finding a way to get insights into how many downloads of attached files from end users there are - would love to hear about the conclusion of the ticket you mentioned!

Any guidance for tracking downloads of files attached to articles would be much appreciated!

    Thanks-

    Maeve
