We are migrating to Zendesk but we don't have enough licenses for all the agents we had in Desk.
We created active agents on Zendesk, but some of them wansn't created on because of some reasons (people left company, etc).
But for the purpose of migration it would be good to have those agents as deactivated so we can have this history.
We'd like to know if it's possible without impacting in the number of license for active agents.
