Hello, as we integrated our Jira to our Zendesk instance we came across an issue that prevents us from using a basic functionality which is the "create jira ticket" from Zendesk. It seems that a couple of fields that are required for the creation of a jira ticket on our side are missing from the list we can configure in Zendesk. Specifically these fields are security groups and watchers which are not text fields and I guess this is the reason we miss them.
It would be great to be able to have this fields in the configure page in zendesk and be able to use this integration in full extent (now we can only link ticket which makes us half efficient).
