Jira ticket fields missing

    You can add all built-in or custom jira fields.

    Hi Carsten, thanks for your reply. After checking the proposed solution with our Jira admins, they have concluded that these fields cannot be enabled in the zendesk forms, since these have to do with existing accounts. So the only way would be to change our jira setup for this for ticket creation, but this is not possible, mostly because jira is used by a number of different departments that do not use zendesk.

    Do you think there could be a different way to do this, maybe a a differentiation in the integration app ?
