Request for adding session expiration option value
I recently tried to use the session expiration option.
(Security > Authentication > Session expiration)
But between 30 minutes and 8 hours there was no value.
I think session timeout is too long for 8 hours, and 30 minutes is too short.
I want a 1 hour or 2 hours session expiration value.
Can you add an hour or 2 hours to the session expiration value.
I think a more detailed option value is needed at session expiration time.
Many other zendesk users will agree with my feedback.
I expect this feedback to be reviewed positively.
I would appreciate it if it improved.

In a similar vein, 8 hours --> 2 weeks is a massive jump. Can you either make this customizable, or add a few options in between? I'd like to see 24 hours, 72 hours as options.

Please add 1 hour, 2 hour and 4 hours between 30min and 8 hours
30mins is too short and phone calls are automatically hung up after 30mins of calling between an agent and a caller even if our agent is on call but not touching anything in zendesk.
and for 8 hours, there were too many tickets piled up when our agent is inactive or away for many hours(sometimes they just leave the zendesk on and wrap up)
