    Hello Owen,

    After a bit of testing I was able to confirm that the text should go to the number that is listed first in the user's profile.

    I'd like to make a follow up question regarding this topic, how do we send a text to the second phone number listed in the user's profile? Every time I try to type in the second number, it reverts me back to the user's profile so the text will again be sent to the first phone number based on what Travis said.

    Hey John,

    I was able to confirm with our Talk experts that there's no way to send a text to the second phone number on the users profile. Notifications will always be sent to the primary phone number as well as the primary email address listed in the profile.
