Voice Greeting

    Hi Daniel,

    Just to confirm, are you trying to set up a Voicemail on your Talk number that will play any time someone calls in? If so, you'd just need to upload your voicemail greeting under Admin>Channels>Talk>Greetings . Once you have your voicemail uploaded you can then navigate to Admin>Channels>Talk>Numbers>(select number)>Voicemail where you can enable voicemail and choose the voicemail greeting you'd like to use.

    As long as there are no agents available within Talk, your callers will be directed to voicemail automatically. You can take a look at additional voicemail configurations here: Configuring voicemail options.
