Disable E-mails About Updates from Zendesk for certain Admins

    You didn't provide enough information for anyone to help you. We have no idea how your triggers are set up or the logic behind the emails that are being sent. 

    There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to control who receives any email.

    Ryan Hsiung is referring to the email updates sent by Zendesk to the admins of the account, Jared Saeger it has nothing to do with triggers or end users.

    I agree with Ryan Hsiung I think it would be a good idea if the "admin updates" were only sent to specific admins in charge of the product.
