Sometimes we get a new ticket from a phone call with a voicemail attached.
However - after waiting for the voicemail to load it displays "recording not available".
It looks like there was a problem retrieving the voice mail.
In our case - it is always due to the recording being shorter than 1 second. However - there is no information on the screen to suggest this. We have to raise the matter with Zendesk support for clarification.
All we see is "call duration: 53 seconds". It is misleading.
I see there are a couple of support posts trying to explain the weirdness here:
I suggest adding a reason why the voice mail is not available. Or even not creating the ticket if no voice mail received.
