    So your headline report will show the average tickets solved per ticket assignee.

    Create a custom metric defined as:

    You will find # Solved Tickets defined under 'metrics'. The 'Ticket Assignee' and 'TicketTagId' are under attributes in the elements pane on the right hand side of the screen.
