I'm currently trying to create a metric that would workout the average number of tickets solved per agent and filter by date range and select agents in a headline.
So the headline would work like this example:
Filter: Ticket Assignee
Agent 1: 100 solved tickets
Agent 2: 103 solved tickets
Filter: Date (Tickets Solved) = March a total of 31 days
There are two agents who have together solved 203 tickets collectively so the Avg tickets per agent headline would read 101.5 tickets solved avg.
I am struggling to figure out a way to create this custom metric in Insights any help would be great.
