    Hi Chris!

Welcome to the Zendesk family. Hope you enjoy your stay. :)

I think what you're going for is to use the Table visualization and modify the chart configuration. When you are in the query editor for your query, hit the paintbrush icon on the right side to open Chart config. Select Columns and you'll get a window like this:

Play with the fit to content, automatic alignment, and widths of the columns to get them to look better on your dashboard.

    I hope that helps!

    Hello!

Yes, I'm rapidly coming to terms with Zendesk and ownership of these ops for a large enterprise (1000 + employees) it looks like I'll be working in the system for some time to come.

Funny that I'd just come across that area a few minutes ago, and while I was able to work my way out of my previous box I do see how that feature could help in my previous predicament.

Reporting is a big deal here, as you can imagine, and I'm starting to get used to Explore and look forward to being a month or so down the road when I'll hopefully be able to craft neat stuff in that platform in a fraction of the time that it takes me today.

    Thanks!

Glad you were able to get unstuck on your own. Explore does take a bit to get the hang of because it is so UI based, but once you get there it's very flexible.

Let us know if you get lost again, and report on my friend.

You bet, I'll be posting again before long...

Being an SQL Business Intelligence guy it's a change to not think 'Hey, get that GUI out of my way, I'll write what I want!', but it does seem to be able to do everything I need for it to do and soon I'll be cruising around the interface just as smoothly as I could write queries for the stuff.

    Thanks again!
