We recently implemented a self-service tool on the support site for our users which helps provide answers a bit more quickly than when they go through available articles manually. Part of the implementation is going to be tracking how much of an impact this has on incoming ticket volume, but with a growing user-base the numbers aren't going to be easy to verify just by looking at an overview of the use-to-submission ratio.
Is there any way to generate a report of IP addresses that users have submitted requests from? I know that a top-down of this is available in the form of Locale, but we're gonna need the raw data to do a proper comparison, and I have yet to find a way to do it. Anyone have tips?
