Hello everyone, I just switched to Zendesk Explore and I am trying to use the Zendesk Guide default dashboard, but it says that there is no data available. I didn't do any specific setup for the other dashboards and they work fine, but I'm having trouble with this one. The specific metrics I'm interested are the knowledge capture activity by article, the articles with the most votes & the most searched articles.
Has anyone had trouble with this before ? If that's the case, how do you solve this ?
