Unable to get Daily Historical Backlog

    Hi Olivier,

    At this point in time the Ticket Backlog dataset in Explore is only available for customers on the Enterprise plan. We are actively working to ensure that customers in other Support plans who have previously been using GoodData to also have access to this dataset as well.

    I can see that you have a ticket open with us at the moment for this and you will continue to receive updates for this issue on your existing ticket :)

    Hey Nathalie, I've been using the backlog reports in insights but would love to be able to use them in explore. Is there a plan to make this available to users not on the enterprise plan? This seems like a fundamental feature that should be available to all users that are playing for Explore. Thanks :)
