Another (but somewhat different) question about ticket custom fields and call data

    Hi Kelsey, 

    The custom ticket fields will be available for reporting in the Talk and Guide dataset soon. We estimate to have this functionality added in January 2019. 

    There is no way to create custom datasets at this point in time. You can only create new datasets that will have the same predefined data model as the one you are using now.
