We have a lot of custom fields for our tickets. I'm trying to make a query that shows me hold time by these custom fields, but the problem is that the calls dataset doesn't hold anything but zendesk stock fields. I know that the idea is to make a custom dataset, but I don't see how to get a custom dataset other than just a stock tickets dataset or a stock calls dataset. I saw a post here that was talking about a feature that would allow those kinds of joins being released late 2017 but I don't see any release data for it. Any idea of how I can achieve this goal?
