Guide Dashboard Loading Fail

we´ve an issue when just loading Guide Dashboard.

Thanks for reaching out.
This error would mean that you do not have the Knowledge Capture app (https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/knowledge-capture/) installed on your subdomain. Can you please confirm that's the case?
That said, I fully agree that the tab should not be displayed when the content is not compatible with the current subdomain. That's something that's on the roadmap.

Then that's a bug in the way we discover whether the KC app is installed or not.
Can you please submit a ticket by email: explore@zendesk.com?
