Filter tags over a date range
CompletedI'd like the ability to filter ticket tags on my dashboard within a specific date range. We use tags to determine what type of ticket is coming in "support" "bug" "feature request" and it is absolutely necessary to understand how many requests come in a week based on these types.

Hi Hilary,
We've launched today the "Tag Reporting Improvements" EAP, which introduces a new analytics function named "INCLUDES". This new function will enable you to create calculated metrics/attributes that can verify the presence and/or absence of specific tags.

Based on Hilary's question, does that mean you currently cannot view tags by date range?

Thanks for reaching out. You can currently do some simple reporting of tags usage by date range. The INCLUDES function (still in EAP) allows you to create more complex expressions.
