Access to custom user fields
CompletedSince we have several custom user fields, I would like to access those in filters or see their values in ticket tables, e.g. we have a custom user field which defines the customer group (B2B vs B2C) which we would like to report on. In the moment we use a workaround by creating tags at ticket creation, but a direct way to access these fields in Explore reports would help us in many ways.

We have started the work required to support custom fields for users and organisations. I'll get back to you when we are closer to a release date (a couple of months max). You can also keep an eye on the change log!

Any update concerning this issue?
We have build a few reports where we need the information of the custom fields.We don't want to recreate the reports with the "old" reporting tool from Zendesk.
