    The agent filter in the Leader board do the same. All People are listed than only the Agents.

    Thank you for reaching out and raising this issue. By default, it should indeed only list active agents / admins.

    This appears to still be the case when using the Support:Tickets dataset. Can this please be fixed?

    On top of that. It would be great if there were some way to see the columns when using the filters. I have to take a screenshot of them now so I know what I want to filter out, because once the modal is up, I can no longer see the report.

    Hi,

    When is this planned for? 
    We also need to possibility to only show agent names.

    From Zendesk Support dashboard in the tab 'Assignee Activity' it's only agents that are displayed - but when I try to create the same filter, it displays all names (both end-user, agent & administrators)

    I'm looking forward to hearing more about this.
