    I've had positive feedback from my team, except that most of the time we use the app within Zendesk support - will that view have a UI update at some point?

    Hi Andrew,

    Good to hear that your team's feedback has been largely positive.

    There are parallel efforts to improve the chat app experience within Zendesk support. However, we are looking at longer timelines and would be available to selected accounts next year.
