When we go to Chat -> Settings -> Agents and it lists our agents' Display Names, Names, Emails, Chat limit, etc. we should also be able to see Skills assigned. There are way too many clicks involved with trying to see at a glance who has which of our several skills assigned. If we want to mass update, we can do it from this screen but we can't tell who has the skill or doesn't have the skill!
The Routing tab has everyone listed there but it's not a very user friendly view. Please consider this! it would be a small change but a big win!
