Show a different message if the connection to chats is lost

    Hi there Scotty,

    Currently, there are no options to change that text. I would be concerned if your visitors or agents are getting disconnected that often. If it is the case, please email chat@zendesk.com so the team can help troubleshoot why it is happening for you.

    If you want to change the text today, the only solution would be to build a custom widget using the Web SDK and listening to the chat.memberleave event: https://api.zopim.com/web-sdk/#chat-2

    Using the Web SDK requires the account to be on the Enterprise plan and does require development work on your end, but it is an option if you really want to change the string today.
