    Hi Toni,

    The big box I think you are talking about is called the Chat Badge. This was something we added for Chat Phase 4 customers, the type of account you have.

    You can turn Chat Badge off in the Widget settings in the Chat dashboard. Just click on the Appearance tab and you should see the Chat Badge setting. Just disable it and wait a couple minutes for it to get reflected on your widget when there are agents online.

    The Chat Badge is a useful feature to improve branding of the widget and also encourage visitors to start a conversation with you. But if that is something you don't want to encourage, you have the flexibility of turning it off.
