    Supporting dynamic content in triggers is not a priority for the team right now. The best way to handle your use case is copy the trigger and adjust the text for each language.

    If you want to base the trigger on the browser locale over the country, you will need to look into using custom code on your website to apply a tag of the locale detected by your visitors browser.

    This is a much-needed feature to fully utilize the localization. The response from the Zendesk Product team is disappointing and most useless, to be honest. If we have to use custom code or API for EVERY SINGLE requirement, then why are we paying for the Zendesk platform? You should stop assuming that every client of yours has the bandwidth and resources for these 'custom' implementations, which should be a native function in the first place.
