So, as we support multi-language customers, we need to localize chat trigger messages, currently we dynamic content is not supported in chat triggers, and also there is no condition inside the trigger to check on customer language "if there is we would be able to create multiple triggers for each language for example".
So, with the current chat triggers, it is impossible to localize messages based on customer language, which makes chat triggers almost useless to us.
Please try to add either ways above or any other way that makes us able to localize messages sent from chat triggers. The chat triggers are very powerful, and we would love to use it with our multi-language customer base.
