Suppress prompt coming from the Operating Hours?

    Hi Lauren,

    Currently, there is no way to change the dialog behaviour when an agent is online/offline outside the set operating hours schedule. 

    There are no immediate plans to make the dialog a setting. Are your agents giving you feedback that the dialog is impeding their work in some way?

    Yes. Agent's don't really need a reminder as they know they should be online. We've many agents who've been using chat in the business for well over a year, and specifically Zendesk for around 6 months so I think it would be a good feature to be able to customise who you want to force the notifications on. For example new starters, or those with a low acceptance/scheduled adherence.
