    Hi Andrew,

    Thanks for sharing your interest in the iMessage Business Chat integration. Currently, we have no plans to offer this integration in the Chat product but we may be adding it to the Message product.

    Nothing on the immediate roadmap, but we will update you here if we have anything to share.

    Hi Andrea, Mark,

    We are certainly eyeing and integration with Apple Business Chat. Currently the whole ecosystem is in a developer preview which means you have to be whitelisted by apple. To potentially get into that, head over to https://developer.apple.com/business-chat/ and register. When prompted either choose Zendesk as your CSP or enter it into the others field if you don't see Zendesk listed.

    With that said, it is a preview and we won't be able to get anyone in without Apple approval.

    I have been approved by Apple Business Chat and looking for some information about completing the integration with Zendesk.  I've called support but no one seems to know.  Is there a specific team at Zendesk that can help me complete the setup?

    We have same  issue. We have approval from Apple Chat but from Zendesk no one is replying to our chat, phone or ticket :( any one can help?

    Our team who manages this integration is still working on the process for setting up the integration and following up with customers who are interested in adding this to their account.     We’re still in the same boat as @Fabian. Not a peep heard from Zendesk on this despite filling in the form twice.

    Either Zendesk isn’t going to offer this, they’re only going to let certain plans access it, or the necessary integration isn’t anywhere close to being ready for prime time.

    Regardless of which, it would be nice for someone within Zendesk to extend both the community here, and the users who’ve submitted the aforementioned form, the courtesy of knowing exactly what is going on, along with some close to concrete timelines.

    The continued silence on this is frankly deafening.

    Hi folks, we reached out to Apple as well as our Zendesk account manager. As far as I understood zendesk is not a permitted CSP (not a platform permitted by apple to integrate with apple business chat).

    Interesting update @Fabian, as I could swear Zendesk was previously listed as a supported CSP on Apple’s site.
