    Hi there Eldien,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. Although we do not have any immediate plans to offer a sandbox environment with the Chat account, you are free to create another trial account to test things out. If you need an extension on the trial, just email chat@zendesk.com

    Hi Aswin,

    We have no updates specific to sandbox environments for Chat specifically but the teams are looking at making sandboxes better across all Zendesk products as a larger initiative. Nothing to share at this point in time, but you will get updated when we do have something concrete to share.

    To prevent unexpected scenarios, we would like to have a Sandbox/Staging environments to let us test changes before we push it to live/production. With such environments, we would be able to do end-to-end tests without affecting the live/production system. Wondering, is there any update on sandbox environments for Chat (or across all Zendesk products)?
