    Hi there Suporte 04,

Thanks for sharing your feedback around adding options in a trigger. Can you elaborate on the use case you want to support?

Do you want to use a trigger + options to poll your visitors?

    Thanks,
    Ramin

    Use this in triggers.
Today it is only possible in shortcuts.
That way many things is possible, like an autochat, where when the user select an option another trigger is fired.

I strongly agree that this would be very helpful.

    My usecase:

When a user opens the chat window, I want to ask him whether he is a reseller or end customer. Based on this info, I can then add a vistor tag to the chat...

we will give the visitor a statement, with an option to answer with yes/no

upon his answer, we will send another trigger.

The next trigger will guide the visitor to the next step.

I also would like this feature, it seems other solutions do have this but it does not look like it will be available in this product, I also posted request but got this back, perhaps no time to add it this year?

"Thanks for the feedback, there are a couple threads about this request already:

We have no plans to offer this functionality in 2018."

I shared this suggestion in a similar another discussion. I feel agents will like multiple checkbox inputs too.  Also
    [input] Your name?
can show text input inside chat and could be more interactive in the chat

uhhhmmm... "...we have no plans to offer this functionality in 2018..."

sorry for being persistent on this topic... do you have any plans to offer this one in 2019, or 2020?

    thank you

    Hi oNowiqe,

We have no plans to offer that functionality in triggers any time soon but you can use the conversations APIs and bot providers to send structured messages with multiple options to be picked from the visitor: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022184394-Using-structured-messages-in-Zendesk-Chat

Different approach to solving the same problem by using a bot instead of triggers, might be worth trying out since some of our customers have been successful in using a bot with structured messages to collect more information before it gets to a human agent.

    Thanks,

    Ramin

oNowiqe you would need some developer knowledge to build your own bot or you can use one of our bot partners listed on this page: https://www.zendesk.com/chat/chatbot/

These partners have their own fees/subscriptions but they take the development work so you won't need to code anything yourself.

Some of the changes, as my technical knowledge, is very simple. I wish Zendesk team pay heed to customers' needs.
