Hey there, we use the chat widget at two different places: Our website and our Help-Center. Both of them have a different subdomain.
Is it possible to keep the current chat, it's content and history when switching between these two different websites? We were told that this is currently not possible but that other Zopim users requested the same feature in the past already.
At the moment it is only possible to keep the chat when switching to another page on the same "website" with the same subdomain.
Example (but not the only case): if we sent our customers a link referring to one of the other"websites" the content would be lost.
