Hey there, you should develop the following:
In the chat window on the right sidebar there are fields like "Browser", "IP-Address", ...
You should add the option that agents can fill fields that have been created before by an operator. E.g. "Subscription", ... they should be able to be customized individually.
At the moment there is the possibilty to add some information in the general "Notes" field at the top right of the chat window.
Some seperate fields with important information (which are individually for each business) would be even more useful though. Also it's faster to see what information are still missing.
