    Hi Kundenbetreuung,

    Thanks for the feedback. Could you let us know what part you want customized and why you think it needs to be customized on a case by case basis?

    Currently, none of the system emails are translated but we are looking to gradually make more of the product localized. In regards to the transcript email specifically, we have no plans on changing the behaviour in the next 6 months.

    thanks for your reply.
    Just to clarify: The subject line won't have to be changed on a case by case basis. We just wanted to change the expression used from English into German at least.
    Or we'd like to set a subject line ourselves - just to make it more personal and fitting better to our product brand.
