    Hi there Kundenbetreuung,

    Thanks for the feedback regarding shortcut creation. Can you let us know how often you are creating shortcuts that require you to leave the chat? At some point, wouldn't the frequency of creating shortcuts go down?

    Would you want everybody in the account to be able to create shortcuts? I can imagine that become messy for accounts with many agents. High likelihood that shortcuts get duplicated between agents.

    Thanks Ramin for your Feedback. Of course the frequency will go down at some point. But for new Zopim-Customers or when we think creating a new shortcut could be helpful, a direct possibility in the Chat Window would be very nice. We are just asking because we assume that this is also possible regarding to create makros in Zendesk Support. There you can save a reply while typing it as a macro and we thought that would be neat for Zopim as well.
