Hard to tell when chat is online/invisible

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thank you for your feedback. I agree wholeheartedly with you that the Chat icons should have a similar design pattern as Talk, but unfortunately due to some technical constraints, we were not able to accomplish that.

    We have no plans at the moment to work on the icons change, but will work with the team to see if we can improve the Chat app such that a refresh in Support will not sign you out of chat.
