Auto Refresh History and Same Day Analytics

    Hi Lulwa,

    For the history getting updated, you can just click on the 'Clear Search' button and it will refresh the list. You don't need to change paths. We have no plans to make that auto-update as new chats come in, won't scale for our larger customers with more chat volume.

    As for Analytics showing same day data, we are exploring how we can make analytics better in 2017 and your feedback is part of the enhancements we are looking into doing. Nothing to share on timelines but reporting will be improved next year.
