Zendesk Feature Request for multiple options
AnsweredI would like know if when using shortcuts combined with the option lists that there be an auto tag feature available depending on what the user selects. For example, if user selects an option from a list via shortcut that tag of the option gets automatically updated.
I think it would be useful and I don´t know if its possible but maybe that option list even populate the corresponding field ticket on the zendesk ticket as well? Maybe too much to ask but hey the holidays are around. :)

Great feedback. What you are asking for isn't possible with shortcuts alone but you can make it happen using a trigger with the shortcut.
Based on the content of the message, you can get the trigger to apply a tag to the chat automatically.
So for example, this is one trigger I created based on options in a shortcut survey I created:
