    Hey Robert and Andrew,

    Thanks for the feedback about the new Zendesk Chat colours.

    We actually tested contrast ratio for the text and background colours and it is actually higher/better for accessibility today with the new colour scheme. Depending on the monitor you are using and the contrast settings being used, the new colour scheme can be darker. 

    Currently, we have no plans to allow customization of the Zendesk Chat dashboard colour scheme.

    The white on white tabs is a perfect contrast..  sarcasm.  Anyway Im sure these are decisions your team made, as I never received any asks from a customer standpoint on layout.

    Sorry Robert, didn't know you were talking about the ticket tabs in Support (thought you were talking about the color changes in Zopim/Zendesk Chat).

    Personally, I agree with you that the contrast for the ticket tabs (more so for the non selected state) can be too low for certain screens and can make it less readable. I have reached out to the designers to see if there is anything we can do going forward to improve the contrast for that specific component. 

    Specifically for the Chat changes, the team in Singapore surveyed and interviewed 100+ account owners over two weeks to get feedback on early prototypes and their feedback did shape what was released.

    Customers that we reach out to are picked out randomly but we would love to hear your thoughts for any other upcoming changes. Do you want me to share your info with our UX researchers so they know its okay to reach out to you in the future?
