Much much more easier on the eye, easy to read and follow.
Comparing to that what Zopim sends into Zendesk is too jumbled up. Not such an easy read.
By the end of the day, when you add all of the tickets you end up going through, it makes a difference.
So it would be great if you guys could improve this aspect.
