Better formatting in Zopim-to-Zendesk chat transcripts

We came from LiveChat and this is how the transcripts they sent into Zendesk looked liked: http://screen.ac/1Z2Y0C1m0E1Y
Much much more easier on the eye, easy to read and follow.
Comparing to that what Zopim sends into Zendesk is too jumbled up. Not such an easy read.
By the end of the day, when you add all of the tickets you end up going through, it makes a difference.
So it would be great if you guys could improve this aspect.

Thanks for sharing the feedback regarding the appearance of the chat transcript.
Couple questions regarding your feedback:
1. Are you concerned on the readability for you and your agents or the visitor getting the ticket notification? It could be both but sounds more like you reviewing tickets, just want to make sure we understand your use case well.
2. Would adding spaces between the messages improve the readability? What about using something like speech bubbles (like a messaging app)?
If the main use case for you is reviewing past chats, have you tried doing that via the History tab in Zopim? How is that better/worse compared to doing it via the ticket?
