    Thanks for the feedback around better displaying proactive chats without the chat window opening.

    We actually worked on this issue for mobile visitors last quarter, you can learn more about that feature here: https://blog.zopim.com/2016/04/13/increase-proactive-engagement/

    In regards to having a similar style feature for desktop traffic, we have no immediate plans of offering it in the next 6 months. We are still learning on what people want from the mobile chat notifications. If/when we decide to add a similar notification for desktop visitors, we will update you here.
