    Hi there Aditya,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback on the mobile chat notification for proactive chats.

    The chat notification only gets fired for proactive chats (manually or via trigger) and only for the first message in the conversation. The notification is present for 5 seconds and auto-dismisses to get out of the way if the visitor is not interested in your message.

    If you are still not interested in showing these notifications (which might hurt the engagement of your trigger messages), you can disable the notification using the Javascript API: https://api.zopim.com/files/meshim/widget/controllers/liveChatAPI/MobileNotifications-js.html
