Agent - restrict view
CompletedI'd like to be able to restrict the views of the non-administrator agents: I'd like them to no longer be able to acess the visualization and visitor list at the left menu.
I have 14 sales agents. It's causing some trouble among them. They can see how many chats the other agent has and even enter conversations sometimes

I wanted to connect back on your feedback about restricting agents from accessing visitor list or visualization tabs. We recently released a feature in Premium (legacy) and Enterprise plans that allows you to customize agent permission. As part of this feature you can customize agent permissions so that their access to visitor list and visualization tab is restricted. You can find more about the feature here.

We don't have ability to prevent agents from accessing visualization and visitor list currently but we are actively thinking about how to provide more granular access control.
Are you interested in preventing agents from accessing visualizations and visitor list or are you interested in preventing them from accessing conversations of other agents? Do you want to this only for sales agents or for all agents?
