Currently, your system allows customers to leave a comment (which is optional), and allows them to submit the comment that says 'Great Job!' without forcing them to choose a thumbs up/down.
This skews the reporting for my support department because the reporting only shows whether chats were rated 'good' or 'bad' based on the thumbs up/down.
I would like to see a modification made to better encourage customers to use the thumbs up/down, especially if they are willing to leave a comment!
