    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback on what enhancements you would like to see in the Magento plugin. 

    Rather than using the visitor path, you can look at using visitor tags or append the visitor notes with the order information using the Javascript API.

    By adding a tag or appending the visitor notes, it makes it easier to find orders and give more information to your agents. You can then export the chat history and cross reference it with Magento.

    Ultimately, what you want is a form of conversion tracking with chat so you can attribute orders to people who engaged in a chat. We do not have this functionality right now but we are thinking about how we could support this use case later in the year.
