A lot of times as an agent you can see when a customer completes an order by observing the visitor path. Other times it is not obvious because perhaps the first chat they are just gathering information, and they may return and place an order without chatting the second time.
It would be neat if when viewing an order in the backend if you could see that a customer was served and what date they were served via chat. Then of course reset that ip or visitor so they will have to be served again before the next order to show if they used chat etc.
