We started using your triggers last week, which are working well. However, uncovered a challenge and would like to know if there is a way to accommodate our preferred process. When a trigger initiates a chat, the user can respond without putting their Name/Phone/Email (bypassing the PreChat Form). It would be nice to have an optional way to require them to enter that information. This would keep it consistent with the process that happens when a client initiates a chat with us.
