    Hi Laetitia,

    Thanks for the feedback. Can you let us know what app you are using? Is it the Android or iOS app?

    When you add tags to the chat, do you do it via a shortcut or separately?

    We recently added the ability for administrators to edit chats in history to add/edit tags. This should allow you to add tags after the chat is complete. I know this isn't ideal but it is an option you can try right now.

    We use both the zendesk and the zopim app and as we have several users they are on both android and ios.

    We add the tags separately. Unfortunatelly I cannot add the tags on my own for the chats the agents should have the possibility to add the tags to their chats. Is it possible?
