    Hi there David,

    Thanks for the feedback and really appreciate the screenshot. A lot of accounts get their agents to use a personalized avatar but I can see how in some situations you just want to use the company logo.

    Currently, there is no option around this right now using the Simple theme. However, you can switch over to the Classic theme that does not display an avatar in the Concierge part of the widget. Other parts of the widget design will change also, but might be worth giving it a shot if you don't want agents to have personalized avatars and have multi-agent chats frequently.
