    Hi there Nicolaj,

    Thanks for the great feedback, agree that any pre-canned triggers or shortcuts should be localized. Hopefully this is something we can look into for this year.

    We already have some changes going out soon around better trial experience for our international customers, including better selection of language when adding a new agent (currently, all new agents get the English dashboard on their first login).
